How many variations of Kiam Chye are exactly out there? I took my usual visit to
Sheng Siong supermarket at Tekka Mall (actually newly renovated basement) and looked for kiam chye, the ubiquitous salted mustard greens. It is an important ingredient in Hokkien, Teochew and Nonya cuisine -pics from top: sweet type(? -not sure), salty type and sour type.
