シンガポールフェア始めました:その1

2月1日から2月28日までシンガポールフェアを麻布店と恵比寿店で開催しております。数ある中のその一品が自家製サンバルチリソースで炒めた少し大振りのアサリです。シンガポールでは定番の酒の肴だ。皆さんプリプリのあさりを是非!私が言うのもなんですが、自家製のサンバルソースがおいしいので不味いはずがない。それとアサリの出汁が加わって、残ったソースはライスにぶっかけたい程のおいしさ。

Every February, we change the menu slightly for a month.  For those residing in Tokyo, come over and devour sambal la la at our restaurant!   The killer chili sambal goreng is homemade (of course) and the la la is locally caught, bigger than usual -very juicy.  A simple dish which needs no explanation.

same menu at yebisu & azabu, or different?

Thanks George! Yebisu and Azabu share 2 dishes in common and the rest are different. Azabu menu: Beef Rendang, coconut chicken curry, vegetable curry, seafood with special sauce, claypot crab, sambal clams, warm coconut soup with tapioca and jackfruits. Yebisu menu: beef rendang, sambal clams, Hokkien noodles dark type, teochew steamed fish, teochew braised duck. See you soon!

Took two friends from southern california on business trip to yebisu, and ordered teochew braised duck. Fab taste! Would have loved to order more but I needed to play safe with first time visitors.

They loved all the food so much that they wanted to take home the Hainan T-shirts. So I gave them the shirts as a memento.

Those two T-Shirts will be the third in the series of Hainan T-shirts that cross the pacific ocean, with more to cross.
