I try to come to Ah Kow Mushroom Minced Pork Mee @ Hong Lim Complex at least once a year to savour the delectable BCM. Due to hygienic purposes, food stalls started using disposable plastic plates and bowls -that has become the industry norm these days. But not here. Amazingly they use a ceramic bowl for their BCM which gives an organic feel to the eating experience.
