Whenever I crave for good south indian seafood dishes, I go to Mango Tree @ East Coast Parkway. Just when the sun starts to set, the al fresco dining is hard to beat. But not only the ambiance, the food is equally exquisite. Pics from top, 3 types of chutneys served with Papadum, Avial (coconut/yogurt based veggie curry), Apom, Kerala red fish curry, Stir fried spicy mussels, Masala Prawns, Lemon Rice, and Kerala Mutton (mutton coconut stew). Each dish has its own distinctive flavor and well executed. Crab dishes here are also mind blower.
Humble Japanese, trying to de-mystify Singapore cuisine and food culture. This is not a restaurant / stall rating blog.
