Chicken Rice Fook Seng Golden Hill
I am keen on eating chicken rice just when the restaurant opens, so here I am just when it opened, and what a jem Fook Seng Chicken Rice is. Rice is plump and has great texture, right amount of oiliness and very aromatic -my kinda style. Chicken is done 'a point', and the cut is very skillful. Chilli sauce is aslo addictive and boy, the only drawback is that it's far away from the center. But I'm not complaining. Indeed Tian Tian @ Maxwell's great but sometimes, you need some change. And this is exactly what I need.
