Otak Otak 鲤鱼包

Made Otak Otak the other day without using Ikan Tenggiri (used Cod instead). It had a very delicate flavor and because I used a rather delicate flavored fish, I think the flavors of herbs came out very nicely. The result -very soufle-like otak otak! Ate this with Sambal Goreng -very tasty. But I noticed, you do not have to use Ikan Tenggiri nor grill it. Some places use white flesh fish and some place (in Penang) steam them. Authenticity is diverse.
